I forgot my username or password. What can I do?
Click on the "Forgot
password?" link shown in the log in box.
On the next screen shown,
enter your Hidbid user name and your e-mail address you used when
registering.
Click the "Next" button.
Go to your e-mail account,
you should see an e-mail similar to the one shown in the picture above
within a couple of minutes.
The message should look
similar to the one above in the picture, including a new password for
you. Copy the new password to use to sign in on Hidbid.
